The final closing date for all entries is Monday 30th January 2012*

* Any entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.

You can nominate yourself to as many categories as you wish, but please remember to also submit a written statement to support each, as failure to supply this information will mean that the judging panel are unable to fully assess your entry hence it will not be counted

If your entry is successful and you are shortlisted as a finalist, you will be required to purchase discounted ticket for yourself and/or for your representative to attend the conference and award ceremony on your behalf and participate in the champagne reception and 3 course dinner taking place on Thursday 1st March 2012
